Pingory ("the Service", "we", "us") is a website and service uptime monitoring platform operated by an independent developer. By creating an account or using Pingory you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pingory lets you monitor HTTP/HTTPS endpoints, APIs, SSL certificates, and DNS records, and receive alerts via email and connected channels. Features available depend on your plan (Free, Starter, or Pro). We use reasonable efforts to detect downtime accurately, but monitoring is provided on an "as is" basis — we do not guarantee 100% detection accuracy or zero false positives.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor Creem (a Merchant of Record). Plan limits, prices, and renewal terms are shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past periods except as described in our Refund Policy.
Pingory's source code is released under the GNU AGPL-3.0 licence, so you are free to run your own copy. The corresponding source for the version of Pingory we operate is published at github.com/martincaoyi/pingory. These Terms apply to the hosted Service at pingory.com; they do not restrict your rights under that licence.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pingory's total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your monitors and related data may be deleted after a grace period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
The name "Pingory", the Pingory sonar logo, and all related graphics, marks and trade dress used in connection with the Service are trademarks — whether registered or unregistered — of the Service operator. All right, title and interest in and to such marks remain solely with the operator. You may not reproduce, imitate or use any Pingory trademark, logo or branding without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed (for example, a "Powered by" reference where your plan permits it). Other product names and logos used in connection with the Service may be trademarks of their respective owners.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For questions, contact [email protected].
